How points work
Points are the usage credit for PandaNpc's built-in models. Buy a package and the balance lands on your account right away.
The same rate in every package
$1 is 100 points in all three packages: $10 buys 1,000 points, $50 buys 5,000 and $100 buys 10,000. A bigger package is a bigger balance, not a better rate, so pick whichever size suits how often you top up.
Credited as soon as the payment clears
Stripe confirms the charge and the points are added immediately — there is no review step and nothing to claim. The balance shown at the top of this page is your live figure once you are signed in.
Spent on the models we provide
Points cover the built-in models: multi-model chat, the AI actions inside PandaNote, and agent sessions. You pay for what you actually use instead of a fixed monthly quota.
Every top-up stays on the record
The History tab on this page lists each recharge with its amount and status, so you can reconcile what you bought against your card statement.
You don't have to buy points at all
PandaNpc also runs on an account you own. Add an OpenAI-compatible provider in Model Configuration with your own API key and Base URL, and requests go to that endpoint instead of ours — your provider bills you directly and no points are spent. This is the usual setup for a company gateway, a private proxy, or a local model server such as Ollama or LM Studio.

Points pay for model usage. A subscription changes what the account can do at once: how many devices stay connected at the same time and which model families are unlocked. Plenty of people use both — a subscription for the connections, points for the usage. Neither one converts into the other, and they are billed separately.

Questions about topping up
How many points do I get for $1?
100. The rate is identical in all three packages: $10 gives 1,000 points, $50 gives 5,000 and $100 gives 10,000.
When do the points arrive?
As soon as Stripe confirms the payment. If the balance still looks unchanged, reload the page — the header reads your live balance rather than a cached one.
Which payment methods are supported?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, covering Visa, MasterCard and JCB.
Do I need points to use PandaNpc?
No. Configure your own OpenAI-compatible provider and API key in Model Configuration and requests go to your endpoint — your provider bills you and no points are spent.
Is subscribing the same as buying points?
No. A subscription controls how many devices can be connected at once and which model families are unlocked; points pay for usage of the built-in models. They are billed separately and do not convert into each other.
