Model usage is billed per token from your balance; the subscription unlocks concurrent Agent sessions and online Agent devices — the two are independent.
Existing membership time is prorated automatically when upgrading.
FAQ
How do subscription and balance relate?
Balance pays for model usage per token; the subscription unlocks how many Agent sessions can run and how many Agent devices can stay online at once. Model usage still bills from balance after subscribing.
What happens beyond the device limit?
Bringing a new device online automatically takes the least-recently-active one offline; you can switch it back with one click in the connection list, or upgrade for more capacity.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime via Manage subscription (secure Stripe page). Membership stays active until the period ends with no further charges; your data and connections are kept.
How are upgrades/downgrades billed?
VIP→SVIP upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for remaining days; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
