Agent Cloud Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every Agent Cloud machine you create, start or use on PandaNpc. By creating or starting an Agent Cloud machine you agree to follow it.

Permitted use

Agent Cloud is for work, coding and automation tasks carried out through agents — for example writing and running code, processing documents and data, and running automated workflows.

Prohibited use

You must not use Agent Cloud for: cryptocurrency mining; running proxies, VPNs or other traffic relays; hosting public-facing services such as websites, APIs or game servers; attacking, scanning or disrupting any system or network; or storing, generating or distributing illegal content.

Monitoring and enforcement

We may monitor resource usage of Agent Cloud machines to detect violations. If we believe this policy has been violated, we may suspend or terminate the machine and the related service without prior notice.

No refunds

Service terminated because of a violation of this policy is not eligible for a refund.

Changes

We may update this policy. When it changes, you will be asked to accept the new version before you next create or start an Agent Cloud machine.
